Question regarding Hexagon system requirements

Question regarding Hexagon system requirements

Hello folks,
I just read the system specs for running Hexagon on a Macintosh
with MacOS X 10.2.  However, I still am the owner of a Mac G4 ADP
computer with a clock speed of 400MHz.  It appears that the
recommended, or is it "the absolutely, positively, no if ands or buts"
required, clock speed for using Hexagon is 800MHz.  Will Hexagon run,
although bit slowly, on a 400MHz rig?   (Carrara 4.0 Pro runs fine on
my machine.  In fact, it seems that all Eovia products up to this point
run on 400MHz clock speed machines).

I'm not in a position to upgrade my Mac at the moment, but I'd
certainly consider a discounted, download purchase of Hexagon at the
$99 level.  The issue for me being, will it run on my G4?

Thanks for any feedback on this.
Mike Rothman
