No way, I don't want to pay for dead trees which decay even further
It adds to shipping cost,.... production cost, engineering headaches... electronic is the way to go. It's a beautifulk PDF< bring it to the local printshop if you don't have your own printer. Support the local economy.
The nice thing is that you can print as you go. One chapter at a time, and eventually you'll have it all done and bound/3-hole punched into a much better printed version than what they would have done - too small a print, too loose a paper, poor ink binding.... there's always something wrong. if you want it done right you just have to do it yourself.
