It's a bit odd in fact that I had never really used a pdf. Until I started
reading 3DExtract of all things and had to download version 5.0 free adobe
reader a couple years ago for the first time. I actually liked all of the
little features in it so I went and got a copy of Adobe 6.0 standard about a
year ago. I use it at work so much now that word documents and so forth have
become all but a memory.
I just love those little movies in the pdf's now..
I'd like a series of very short fast loading ones on the use of every tool
by itself or in combinations of say three to five or something. Keep them
simple but make them nice and do they support sound as well? Just a thought.
Maybe in another 3dExtract or two we'll hear Carl say how much he loves his
wife in his own voice.
Anyway, where is the next issue? Grrr. Any chance it will go back to once a
month? I've always looked forward to it at that time.
And while I'm at it..
Back to chapter 8, "Thickness".. still a ways to go but I can finish it
tomorrow.
One thing that keeps bugging me and mind you it's just my own quirkiness,
but every time I look at and use the validate button I hear Jean Luc Piccard
saying "Make it so". Maybe I need some medication myself. hehe
