[Carrara] Hexagon download]

It has been suggested before that having Kinkos or Staples or any other
small business printing company print out the pdf for you is a cost
effective way getting your hands on a printed manual: you get the manual
immediately, you don't pay shipping, it probably will cost less than
$70USD, and you can have it printed larger.  I haven't tried it, but if
you want the program and a printed manual, this seems to be the way to
go! :)
