Thanks for your input Eric and Andrew.

I do believe 64 bit is the future of not only Carrara but the state of
3D in general. It's meaningless to people who just use MS office and
the like but to us, we need all the memory and power we can get.

When Microsoft comes on board with Longhorn, there should be several
companies that are board with Microsoft. Like I said before, Lightwave
and Softimage already announced 64 bit versions of their software.

Any company who uses 3d software is going to look at what performs
better in the pipeline and the advantage will go towards 64 bit 3d
software. That's not true now but it will be in the near future.
