Do you have a check in Enable Network Rendering? (At the bottom in
the render room on the main computer.)
Make sure you save the file before adding it to the batch queue.
I usually make all the settings and then close the file, saving on
the way and then add the file to the batch queue. The batch queue
renders the saved file not what's open.
Also make sure all render nodes are started before hitting the launch
button.
