As I understand it, they should.  

I have three PC's working, all on windows XP.  As long as your
computers can see each other, I think all you have to do is:

1) install the render node.

2) install ALL plugins,

3) register each plugin (provide serial number when needed).

I have to explain #3 here...

When you do a network render, the plugin checks for the serial number
to see if it is valid.  If it is not, then this hangs the render.
There will be the usual window on the render node asking for the
plugin's serial number.  You must provide this, otherwise that node
will hang forever.  As it is, you may have to abort the render at the
main computer and start over again.

My advice would be to set up each computer in turn, preferably with
someone to help at the main computer.  

You also must be running a copy of the render node software before you
start the render.   If you do not, the render node will NOT
automatically pull it up and start to work.
