Color is very expensive... IMO it's almost not worth printing.
Generally, I just print the parts I need, when I need them... But if
you do take it to have it printed, find out the cost difference between
1 and 2 sided printing. In some places it's more expensive to print 2
sides, in some places it's less expensive.

It's a PDF - print it. Or take it to Kinko's and have them print and
bind it. It'll cost you about the same as shipping a printed manual
