transposer updater serial number

transposer updater serial number

Hi,
 I downloaded the transposer updater but did not take notice of any
serial number as I expected them to email it to me, Eovia did not and
it and it won't let me install as it asks for a serial number. Anyone
had the same problem? I have the C4 Pro updater installed.
