Tina,
A 434 mb file is extremely large for the web. I'm guessing that it's all
uncompressed maybe too. If you have some video editing software you
could try compressing it or breaking it down into 5 mb or less so people
can see it.
Even with T-1 speed this size file would take quite a while to download
and view. Most web servers limit the file size allowable for upload as
well and time out after a certain limit. I don't think that this group
has that kind of space available. You could check with your ISP and see
if they have a file size upload limit..

I have been trying to post my animation, but its 434 MB in a compressed
folder and won't upload.  So I was going to put it on my website but it
hangs near the end of the upload.  Now I am trying to send it to Ron and
it's hanging again.  It's an AVI file.  Does anyone know why this is
happening and how I can load it?  Tina

C'mon. Post some pics! Animations! WIPs! Anything Carrara related!

I didn't have stock in either Adobe or Macromedia (I guess I've invested
in both companies
several times over though...) so I don't care about the end of the known
world.

Holly
