Hi Mike,
I just checked back, and when I ordered Shoestring Shaders I got an
e-mail from Mark within about five hours of my Paypal receipt (which
I guess got generated automatically as soon as I made the payment).
So I think he sends the passwords out by hand.
Just a thought, but do you have any spam blocking software in place?
Might be an idea to check whether it's been caught up in that...
