I know it is done.  Marcell, whom posts under CGTalk, does this very
thing.  In fact, Eovia advertises with some of his artwork. The latest
advertisement of his that I've seen is one being that of a vampire and
a cypt behind him.

Sorry, I cann't be more helpful.  I don't own ZBrush.
