Puppeteer Upgrade - Reply from Greg Bassett 2004-10-28 - By Greg Bassett
Back Hi Richard,
It is I, Greg Bassett, Mr Black Knight Productions.
I am extremely concerned that you are not satisfied with Puppeteer-tSX.
Please accept my apologies for this!!!!
However I never saw any emails from you, in my defense I had to move ISP's because I was getting so much SPAM a day I was unable to find real emails. So all I can say is that yours got filtered out, I was getting 2000 a day!
I will gladly refund your upgrade purchase, although I am happy to send you the very latest version of Puppeteer-tSX, v2.6 for FREE!
This version works with tS6.6 and I am happy to help you with any problems you encounter, hopefully not.
You might be thinking, ok, he responds now cause I have complained on the TSML, and he does not want bad press, but I am sure there are many on the TSML that could verify that I have always tried my best to answer and resolve support issues for them, mainly when they have emailed me directly.
I will send you both v2.5.3 and v2.6 of Puppeteer-tSX. v2.5.3 works with tS6.0 and tS6.5 and tS6.6.
Once again apologies for this unfortunate incident!
Greg Bassett Black Knight Productions
P.S If you are still not happy let me know and I will refund your $10.
