My solution is don't buy the upgrade. I have posted in the Tech Forum and
in the mailing list about not getting it to work. Please search Caligari's
forums to find details. This is in TS 6.5 and 6.6 and on two different
machines. Numerous emails to Greg Basset at Black Knight have got no
response at all. Where did he go when the product didn't work? He
responded fast enough when taking my $10 for the upgrade though. I was left
angry and unsatisfied. So far as I am concerned I was ripped off. I sell
software products and the actions taken by Black Knight would have led to
court proceedings in this country (UK). If you want to use Puppeteer then
use it with TS 6.0 where it works (mostly). If you hear of how it can be
made to work in TS 6.5 and above please let me know. I got replies to my
complaints on the forum but none that suggested how to get it to work, nor
any that indicated that others had got it working. Most worryingly I got a
mail from a moderator telling me not to keep on making comments on Black
Knights behaviour. This is unacceptable while the Puppeteer upgrade is
still being marketed and still appears not to work.
