If you mean with a camera that you're using to render when you make
the animation, you can either move the camera or increase the focal
length of the camera.

If you mean while the rendering is working, to see details, in the
render room, the magnify icon is the trick, alt-icon gives you out.
It does not affect the render at all, simply the presentation in the
room.

If it's neither of these, then I'm not sure what you're asking.
