TS has most all of the functions of the higher priced apps like Maya and C4D but it doesn't use the conventional Windows menus like they do, so the interface can be VERY confusing at first if you are used to traditional controls.
You might want to check out the free short animated tutorials for trueSpace 5 to get you started, if you have only downloaded the tS 6.6 demo.
