Re: Carrara and Poser 2005-03-29 - By jah_steama

I have been seeing posts that people are having problems importing Poser 6 scenes into Carrara 4 using Transposer 2 and that Eovia needs to aquire from Curious Labs the Poser 6 SDK to make it fully compatible.
It seems people have been able to open Poser 6 scenes into Carrara 4 with Transposer 2 but only by selecting a different (earlier) Poser exe file other than the Poser 6 exe file (such as poser 5 exe instead). And I have also read that this method misses some of the new features found in Poser 6.
Everyone concerned should contact Curious Labs and Eovia to make sure Eovia gets the Poser 6 SDK as soon as possible.
