Back Sounds like the velocity on the particles is near zero. If that's the case, then since the length of the streaks is based on particle velocity their length is also zero. Are the particles moving or do they just stick to the surface? If they have velocity then it could be a hardware problem. Does it work with a simple omni emitter?
