Re: Poser 6 problem with Transposer 2 2005-03-27 - By John

Right, and here's another issue that needs to be resolved when importing from a poser 6 scene into carrara 4 standard or pro. It doesn't import the facial expressions but only the body movements.
here's my earlier post about my recent experience. anybody having problems with poser 6 being recognized as an exe. when trying to import a poser scene from the poser 6 folder into Carrara 4 standard or pro with transposer 2? I tried the other day to import a poser 6 scene into carrara 4 pro with transposer 2 and it wasn't recognized, so I had to resort back to poser 4. Is this because my poser 6 was an upgrade from poser 4? or do you think it is a bug that needs to be fixed from eovia, the makers of carrara? anyhow the poser scene loaded fine into carrara 4 pro, but in this fashion. first I had to attempt to load it from the poser 6 folder, then after it wouldn't accept poser 6 exe. as an executable or noticed program, I jumped back into the poser 4 folder poser 4 exe. and then it read it as the executable program. all the poser 6 scene loaded fine except for the facial expressions. there were non. body movements were fine though. Any one knows about this, please help. this is also another reason why it would be nice to know if poser 6 saves PZZ. files because I beleive it can import facial expressions as well as dynamic hair, and dynamic cloth.
