Redefine the Marketplace
1. A Market of One: Treat each prospect, customer, partner, press representative, vendor, etc. as if they were your only customer. Do whatever you can to win their confidence and their business.
2. Create Evangelists: Don't just sell products to customers, recruit evangelists to promote and sell our products and services.
3. Devour The Market: Make it easy for customers using competing products to include our products in their production flow � easy to use, extremely productive, short learning curve.
4. Create a Community of Value: Bring resources and users together to make it easy for them to accomplish their tasks, and do business efficiently and economically. Help them to help each other. Their success is our success.
5. Respect the Competition: We will always be compared to more expensive and less expensive products. Don't overestimate our product and its capabilities. Don't underestimate the competition. Every package is as good as the artist who knows how to use it and it can always improve.
Redefine Customer Service
1. Education: Develop products and documentation that instruct and educate users. Teach them how to use our products to their best ability.
2. Continuity: Efficiency. Make it easy for our customers to communicate with us, find help and upgrade their products.
3. Value: Constantly strive to add value to our products. Whenever possible, give it away.
4. Partnerships: Treat every transaction like a joint venture. Help users promote the work they create with our products.
