Yeah I don't think they are transferable either. You would not be entitled to
any updates or you (the buyer) or the seller could get into some legal issues.

Please be aware that there is NO SUCH THING AS AN UPGRADE FOR AN
EDUCATIONAL VERSION OF EOVIA SOFTWARE.
Also, educational licenses are restricted in that you can not use
them for commercial work, and it can not be upgraded to future
versions.
