Truespace Chat Channel 2004-08-18 - By Anthony Ware
Back Due to the global nature of tS users in #truespace, there will inevitably be a time difference between people no matter when a challenge was scheduled. If it was set up to be convenient for the US then Europe would be disadvantaged and so on. I opted to organise a quick challenge on the spur of the moment this evening as there were quite a lot of people present in the channel, so I guessed that those people were around to participate.
Should these challenges become a regular event it would make sense to me to have more than one scheduled so as to provide coverage around the timezones. It would only need somebody willing to put in a small amount of effort to organise one for the people close to their own timezone for it to happen.
