Light Linking and MPxLocator objects

Light Linking and MPxLocator objects

Hi,

I've built a node that's derived from MPxLocator.  I do this since I need to
override the draw() method.  The trouble comes in when I try to link a light
to this node... I can't.  This node is essentially a place-holder for a bunch
of RIB data to be output to a renderman renderer, the draw() draws this data
in the viewport but I also want to be able to render it (using Liquid).
Everything works except light linking.

So the question is: Is there a way to fool the light linker into thinking this
node isn't a locator?

Thanks for any assistance,
Berj
