Tony,

I assume you mean Premiere Pro? There was no Premiere 7 unless you know
something that Adobe doesn't......

If possible, post an AVI of that ribbon when you've finished as I'll be
interested to see the result. I assume that the path isn't circular or you'd
just be animating a static ribbon in a circular path around the globe.
