like someone else mentioned it's probably advisable that you build a
foundation using Maya.
Get a beginner's book and go through the tutorials!!!
Not that I don't want to help but imagine what sort of response you
would get if you would post a message asking how to draw a... sheep!
Once you have trained to develop the basic techniques to model you will
be able to model a fish on your own. And sktech the fish first!!!
Modeling without reference is a big no no!!
