Actually, it has been available separately, I think. It is part of coreldraw suite, but not a part of the actual corel draw program itself. It is also good just for stills, I think, although (version 8) has some limited AVI capabilities, I think. Avoid the early versions, and strangely, the odd numbered versions seem to be bad below 8, not sure about the newer ones.
