I guess this is a ts4 plug.
I would start here.

Subject: [TSML] Ok, Help!

Once upon a time I asked for help concerning holes in my models, and was
directed to a tsx plugin that resolved such problems. I have since had a
hard disk failure, and did not back up (shame on me). Can anyone
remember
where I can find this mysterious plugin? I have been searching for
"trueSpace plugin hole" on Google all afternoon with no luck.

Thanks in advance,
Dave III
