The trick is to set up the path of the camera first and make sure it moves
correctly through the scene. Next, go back and set the camera to 'Look At'
the objects. Set a keyframe to 'Look At' the first object, then when you
want the camera to point towards the next object, turn off the 'Look At' for
the current object and record a keyframe for it turning off, then go forward
a few frames, set the camera to 'Look At' the next object and set another
keyframe for the 'Look At' turning back on for the new object.

Allowing a few frames between the camera stopping looking at one object and
starting to look at the next allows the camera to smoothly transition
between the objects. If you need the camera to point in a particular
direction apparently at nothing, you could use a dummy object such as a cube
scaled really small and/or painted with a transparent shader, so there is an
object for the camera to 'Look At' but you won't see it in the render.

If this isn't what you are wanting (your question is very vague) then
animate the camera through the scene, open a "New perspective view" then
make sure the camera is selected and set the new perspective view to
"smallview from object". You are now looking through the camera and can
manually point it in the right direction using the 'Object rotate' tool on
the camera or the 'Eye rotate' tool on the new perspective view and set
keyframes where you want.
