Thanks Ed!
And the .dxf from Corel Draw (of a shape w. outline but no fill) will
become a shape. (Although I have still not experimented with different
.DXF versions, only one or two of them).
Thanks for your offer to convert, but usually it is kind of trying
and retrying, so i want to have immediate response. The way for me
to work it out is first and to use CK edge-to-path, then put the
resulting path in the curve library to make a curve of it.
