Hi Ken,
This group is always a great place to get help for Eovia's products,
but perhaps you should email Eovia Support directly for these issues?
Just a suggestion, mainly since you addressed these to "Eovia". I know
they check in with us once in a while, but I'm not sure the support
team can catch every single tech help request that appears here.
I didn't want you to think they (Eovia) weren't responding to your
requests.. let us know how you make out.
