Discussion Topic: Rebuild Carrara 's Demo "Waves and Caustic "

Yesterday, I've played with some demos bundled with Carrara Studio3,
but I felt into some problems rendering the GI-Demo "Waves and
Caustic". To know, how it should looks like, I've found a pre-
rendered demo on the 2nd cd. Okay, if I now try to render the whole
scene w/o changing any property, the result contains a lot of green &
white highlighted spots (dots) around the splined text object. If I
hide the spline object, everything looks fine! If I visible the
spline object and disable the cautics on rendering, it also look fine
except there are no more caustics.

So, what do I wrong???
