Bones Walking for Cognito

Bones Walking for Cognito

Hey for any users of Cognito,

I've posted a bones system I made for a walk cycle controlled by a
single rotating cube acting as a motor so that when the cube rotates
(via cognito) the skeleton walks. It's called bones_walk.car in the
Files area.

The rotation is transfered by gears to grouped bone slaves. To
control the speed of the walk just manipulate the keyframes and add
an oscillating tweener. The first frame is just for attaching the
skeleton.

The skeleton's a li'l complicated. The bones had to be nested inside
groups since bones don't inherit effects. The redundant bones
marked "NoBone" are just used for linking the groups so you'll need
to tweak the influences when you attach a mesh. If it helps anyone
out lemme know.

Mickey
