I recommend GI rendering to you. I guess Anithing Glows Lights is not perfect. The light is illuminated only in the one direction. In the case of a Reytracing, How about adding other light sources?

notice: The value of "RangeFalloff" is set to 100. The wall and light panel(Anithing Glows Lights) are detached.
