free version 1.2 of Dogwaffle which replaces the aging v1.11b - it's a 4.4
MB download, no registration needed, nu timeout, not save disabled.
It's a subset of the full commercial version. Visual Basic programmers are
invited to make your additional plugins with the free SDK
