formulas and typos

formulas and typos

Hi,

I ran across this formula (while cleaning out my desk) for a seashell.

scale=2;
p=4*pi*v;
t=4*pi*u;
tt=-3*pi+7*pi*u;

z=1+tt/10;
x=r*cos(p) *cos(t);
y=r*cos (p) *sin(t);
z=r*sin(p);

x=x+cos(tt);
y=y+sin(tt);
z=z+tt;

x=scale*x;
y=scale*y;
z=scale*z;

Obviously, I've not typed it in correctly, because every time I try to
parse it, Carrara just stops responding.  For any bright person out
there who "gets" formulas and isn't simply blindly typing them in like
myself, could you possibly look and it and correct the way it's typed
in?  Then I can simply copy and paste it into the formula box, and
finally get to see what type of seashell it is?  LOL
