Click the Anything Grows link on the left. At the bottom of that
page you can download a trial for C 2.1. Try it out and see.
I don't know if it can really do human hair though. You could do
human hair with splines. But I think I would rather pull out all of
my real hair and glue it to my monitor than figure out how to do it
without a good plugin... :O
