Back I wonder if this is due to the image format. Not every image format (images formats are like JPEG, Tiff , Bmp, etc.) keeps track of the output resolution. These formats would simply show a "multiplied" size of the document at 72 dpi.
I've been using C for about 3 months now. It appears to me that C doesn't save directly to an image format when it renders (without you doing additional parameters), but instead just displays it on screen.
Perhaps that would be the best place for this feature, is to have it on an option for saved output.
