vertex error message 2004-06-18 - By davidj@(protected)

I don't know, I may have to post the file because I can't see what's wrong
but upon trying to fill some polygons, I get the following error message:
"Some polygons couldn't be built; some edges already has 2 polygons" (Bad
english Eovia's, not mine...)
Thinking duplicate vertexes might be the issue, I counted them all and I get
the same number as the info panel reports.
Direction?
