There are a couple of ways to do this.   The 1st and easiest way
would be to used the "add" tool with the opinion of automatically
linked, checked.  Then click on the segments that you want to have
the drawing add it's lines in order, in a rotating fashion.  That
creates one division through-out the whole model.  Repeat all steps
above but also include the new middle line.

Then in the second image of 10.9, you'll repeat the above three more
times.



The second way (and the only way for C2) is to go "click-happy" with
the "add" tool (without the opinion clicked) and add each point where
you need them.  Deselect all, then select a pait Ctrl+Shift+L
to "link" them together.  Deselect all (or the other point that isn't
needed), and select the next pair to link.  Repeat, many many times...
