No, there isn't. The plant generator in Carrara 3 and
Tree Druid which works in earlier versions both have
presets but you can't start from nothing and work
upward.
You'll find, however, that there are a lot of variables
you can play with to modify the settings in Carrara
3's plant generator. It is well worth exploring.
