It's a slow process, but what you do is this:
Copy your window object as many times as you have windows (assuming you have
10 windows, you'll have a total of 10 plus your original object)
Rename the original something like... windows_original and Hide it.
Rename the new copies window01 through window10
Open each window in the Vertex Modeler; each time Carrara will ask if you
want to make a new master and your answer is YES
Erase everything but the one window you want (of course, in 10 different
locations), Crease and Smooth as needed to get an acceptable model of your
window.
Close, go to the next one.
If everything went well, you now have 10 windows plus another object that
has all your windows.  If the windows look fine, Delete your master object.

If, at any time, Carrara slows down strangely Save, close and restart the
application.  There is a memory leak that can show up when working heavily
in the Vertex Modeler.  If Carrara crashes and wants to save before exiting
don't let it - the file will be corrupt.
