Yes, the WireFusion add-on requires an installed WireFusion (what's
more, the upcoming version 4.0 will have the 3D, which is currently an
add-on, embeded into the core of WireFusion, no more an add-on).
However I am not sure about your question.
DreamWeaver and WireFusion are absolutly not the same kind of
software.
You need WireFusion to create a 3D scene and you need DreamWeaver (or
GoLive or a text editor) to embed it into you web page.
Does it makes sense to you ?
