Re: Is There A Better Way To Do "Text Expand " Animation....? 2004-02-26 - By ccoles_avengers
Back Hi Petteri,
I just downloaded your CAR file. Cool! I think this may just be the winner :). It definitely captures both directional moves along x. What I have to see now is how it will work with a word containing regularly spaced letters (kerning) as opposed to having all the letters starting from the center. But this is definitely the gist of what I am looking for (...and another effect that I can look at using in the future -- thanks).
I will upload a CAR file using my previous method to best illustrate what I am trying to achieve with the least amount of steps. Right now, your approach seems like the way to go (gee, I hope it works out).
Cheers.
