Hi Rick,
the usual on this side of the pond is refund if returned in thirty days (or Small Claims Court for items or services under $1500). But I bought Puppeteer with Anipak, so that's not an option. In someways, I look on my 3D related purchases as encouragement for the people that are developing tools for my core software (tS), but it's not going well. Alain Bellon tells me that he is not going to upgrade DM Poser Mixer, which would serve as an alternative and Motion Studio development is taking a back seat to new family demands.
That leaves me hoping for a miracle from tS7.
