Text in a circle no Adobe products needed:

This is rough, but it will put a line of text in a circle.
I assume that you want the text to be in circle  (using a globe)
going around the north and south poles with the front face of all the
text facing the camera? Or with the text circling the equator with
the line of text going out of view behind the globe (like the old
Universal Studios logo)?
This will work either way with a one adjustment.

In the text modeler type your line of text set the font, size,
depth, etc. & exit to the main room.
Apply the "Bend and Twist" modifier with these settings:
1. Bend Angle = 350 + or depending on how much space you want
between the start and end of your text (you can type in numbers
higher than the 180 slider limit.)
2. Bend Axis Angle = 90
3. Axis = X
Leave the other sliders and check balls at the default settings.
This will give you the polar text in a circle.
To get the equator text reset the Bend Axis Angle to 180
(this allows the text facing the camera to be read correctly, if you
set it to zero the text along the back of the circle will be correct.)
