No, you'll never get an actual curve simply because
Carrara translates the bezier curves into polygons.
But you can increase the number of line segments
by increasing the Surface Fidelity. You can also get
better results by rendering the image at a much
larger size and then resizing it afterward so the
tiny line segments don't show as much.
