Hi -
You can adjust this to some extent in the Geometry>Surface Fidelity dialog.
Let us know if that helps - you aren't going to get a totally continuous
curve, though, I think. (Anyone?)

Subject: [Carrara] spline precision
May be that this problem is posted some times befor, but I cannot
find it in older messages.
If I draw some bezier-curves in the spline modeller I can see the
correct curve and its points but the extruded preview und the render
result are not a curve, it shows a line. Some moves with the handles
brings me more preview- and render-lines but not the origin (good
visible) smooth curve.
