The Alt+scroll through property valuesl

The Alt+scroll through property valuesl

2004-02-23       - By Mike and Diana Okamoto

Using C3 now, I've found that the alt-key scroll feature in the
properties tray now scrolls using different increments.  With C2, one
could go to any value window in the properties tray, hold down the alt
key, and bring up the up/down arrows that would then increase/decrease
values by exactly 1.00.

Now, sometimes the values will change by .05 increments, or .1, or
sometimes even by 10.00.  I can find no rhyme or reason for why it
sometimes increases by one scale or the other.

Nor can I find mention of this in the manual, although, maybe I just
haven't come across it yet.

While I think it'd be great if we can predictably choose which
increments with which to change the values, I can't figure out how.

I hope I've been clear.  Can anybody shed light on this?

Thanks!
