I tried a few different glass presets (Changed color to transparent value 50
-100%), then I set the bulb inside the glass globe using just the standard halo
preset and nuthin, then I pulled it slightly in front of the glass and whammo,
it works... It's not a big deal really,... I can place it in front of the glass
and get the same effect I suppose, I'm just wondering if I need to do something
else to get it to go.

What I do at this point is to remove all the effects, then crank the
light up to the max. This will tell you if it is the light, if is your
glass, or the effect.
