What I have tried to do to resolve it (which is working out so far) is
notching my graphics accelerator performance setting back down to
"Basic" (second notch).  I had notched it up to access a TV output
setting on my card, and had left it there, not thinking that it would
cause any trouble like before, when I did not have this new video
card.  With my old video card (which really was just shared RAM off of
the motherboard),I kept getting problems any time I adjusted my
performance setting above the second notch.  It has been stable at
this setting with both cards, actually.  So currently, I am setting it
back to this position and *hopefully* won't see this error message
again.  So far within the last day, my CS3.03 has been stable with no
apparent errors.

Perhaps if you give this a try, it may help, unless it is caused by
something else.

Cheers.
